Let's start off with one typical testimonial, just for the fun of it.
Now back to reality. What are they really saying?
We've test marketed these illustrated workouts and guides with all sorts of women - the very fit, the not-so-fit, and the in-between. We received a LOT of feedback. Here are some examples:
"Good work." "I loved the concept." "Illustrations of exercises were very clear."
"...you present great information, including excellent descriptions of how to do the exercises."
"I would recommend these workouts to my friends."
"I love the characters."
And, most important, "I got results right away."
We also received some comments such as these ones. Not exactly positive, but not really negative either.
"I think some of the new thinking should be backed up by research."

It turns out that not everyone loves these exercise programs. Fortunately, we only received a few negative comments, and here are all of them.
"I was confused about how to do the exercises."
"I felt sometimes the tone of conversations a bit condescending."
"I'm not sure that anyone would need to know or want to know all the details."
That's it for the negative reviews. We had hoped that everyone would love these exercise programs, but we're glad that mostly everyone loves them.
We personally hate reading phoney and unending "wonderful" testimonials from people we don't know - we're guessing that you feel the same way.
That is why we have included all types of comments that we have received, not just the great ones.
We will continue this practice; you deserve to know the entire story.
