Here is the equipment you will need for
Foundation Workout #1
A selection of light dumbbells
Dumbbells ranging from 2 to 12 pounds would be suitable for most women.
A step of about 10" to 12" high. It would be best to have a few sizes to choose from. Adjustable "aerobics steps" are optimal.
An adjustable cable machine.
The pulley needs to be adjustable up-and-down.
You also need a "D-handle" and a "double-handle"
or
two "D-handles."
A bench or chair - nothing fancy.
An exercise ball to sit on.
A padded mat, probably in a stretching area.
A free section of a wall.
